My daughter has been riding for about 6 years, since working with Caroline her whole riding experience has changed. Caroline has taught her specific technical aspects of riding, she engages with my daughter and explains why things are done a certain way. You can tell how passionate she is about teaching her riders and how much she loves the horses. My daughters confidence has grown since working with her. The facility at Stone Ridge is gorgeous. The horses are well taken care of, the stalls are clean, and the ring is enormous. I am beyond thrilled that we made the switch and look forward to working with Caroline at Stone Ridge for years to come.

Caroline is absolutely one of the nicest people you could hope to know, both as a person and as an instructor. She clearly cares about having you become a better rider through patient, clear and calm instruction. She is very reliable, organized and gives you her 100% undivided attention during the lesson. Caroline is devoted to her horses and that shows in the care she gives them. My lessons are always fun and my riding has improved greatly since taking lessons from Caroline.

Where do I begin… testimonials aren’t my thing, but when it comes to Stone Ridge Equestrian it deserves nothing but the best. I am 29 years old and have been riding for over 25 years. I recently got back into riding after having difficulties with my prior instructor, lack of practice because of COVID and just the want to get back on the horse because it’s my life. I finally was put in contact with Caroline Côté. I had been riding with her at a previous facility and decided to follow her when she branched off to create her own brand. I cannot tell you enough that she puts her heart and soul not only into her horses, but into how she trains her riders. She is compassionate, kind, understanding and takes the time to learn your needs – but with keeping her horses’ priorities in mind. I’d give her a million stars if I could! “Stone Ridge is a fantastic place to ride! The barn staff and the instructors alike, Caroline, exhibit great concern for the well-being of all the horses at the barn. In turn, the horses are all very well tempered, appear very content, and provide you with an excellent riding experience. I have been riding with Caroline for nearly 3 years now and she has been able to greatly improve both my riding skills and confidence. I thoroughly enjoy going to my lessons and being pushed a bit further each time by Caroline.
